When you say not to write any more on these topics, you mean you actually receive picture books on these topics?

Here are a few more suggestions, gleaned from the pb writing classes I've taught over the years:

6. Animated inanimate objects
7. "Defective" animals (skunk who can't smell, snake who can't slither, rooster who can't crow, etc). Especially when, at the end of the story, the skunk/snake/rooster makes peace with her inability to smell/slither/crow, realizing that it's really okay to be different.
8. Reproduction (Sammy Sperm Meets Edwina Egg)
