Ok, so I've been procrastinating. And indecisive. I'm not proud of myself. But it was so hard to choose! The final vote I leave to my readers. But I'll stop taking votes at the end of the day Monday. Or, you know, whenever I get around to it.
I'm finding it interesting that the first and third monsters seem to be looking at the slush pile from the author's view - a monster (editorial assistant? intern?) which disposes of the slush - ms's never to be seen or heard from again. The second appears to be from the editor's point of view - a monster made up of slush, threatening to overtake her(or him!).
I cast my vote, I think, it didn't really "say" so on the voting page your taken to when you hit the vote button. Checking the last few days, the votes are obviously coming in. Good luck to all 3!!!
Um . . . which one is which?
ReplyDeletei wondered that too!
ReplyDeleteSorry! They go in the same order, top to bottom.
ReplyDeleteSo the green and purple one is Andy's; the scary one is Lysol's; and the one with the ochre background is Melinda's.

ReplyDeleteGood observation, Anony-mom. If you read from January 30 down thru mid-January you will understand why.
ReplyDeleteTough call. Three great choices!
ReplyDeleteWho/what is Lysol? Is that the name of an artist or a cleaning product?
